I have a networking meeting tomorrow, and the perfect excuse not to go--my mom is visiting from Florida, and I don't like to leave her alone for long, as she's not able to do much for herself. And besides, real estate is not on anyone's mind right now, other than bad news, right? After reading your article, I decided to go to the meeting and maintain my network, and my intention will be to make a valuable connection that I didn't have before. It's easy to get discouraged in these economic times. Thanks for the reminder to stay positive and stay connected. Being with other women and feeling that support will be all to the good, and maybe I can make a difference for someone else tomorrow.
