Individual One-Month Career Launch Program
An individualized career transition program that
provides 6 hours of face-to-face career coaching
and management support services guaranteed to
Launch you into your next career or job opportunity.
Production of a camera-ready resume and unlimited
fax and email follow-up for one month are also
included in the fee.
Career Coaching Services provided:
- Behavioral Interviewing Skills - The
use of video-taped sessions gives clients immediate
feedback on what their bodies are saying (non-verbally)
as well as how they could improve on responding
to the tough questions. Clients are put through
mock interviews and learn how to handle the
top 10 tough questions.
- Negotiation Skills - Strategies for
keeping the "salary" ball in your court! How
to get around the salary question in screening
interviews and how to position yourself as "Value-added"
to be able to get the salary you deserve.
- Networking Skills - Uncovering the
Hidden Job Market - Sarah, a master networker,
will help you get in touch with your own network
as well as show you strategies for expanding
your network of contacts to uncover opportunities
that are never advertised....usually the best
ones! She will also coach you on how to utilize
networking meetings to explore new careers.
- Myers-Briggs Type Indicator - Sarah,
who is certified in the MBTI instrument will
administer, interpret results and provide feedback
on this popular personality tool to help clients
discover their own personality patterns and
communication styles as well as career satisfiers.
This session will not only be invaluable to
someone contemplating a career change but it
will bring new awareness and self-discovery
which will enhance your ability to express who
you are during interviews.
- Job Hunt Marketing Plan - An individual
marketing plan is designed to help clients reach
the results they desire. Coaching is provided
to help clients stay focused and on target.
- Resume Design and Production - Sarah
will evaluate the best resume format and design
to help you achieve the results you want. Sarah
who has written hundreds of result-oriented
resumes which landed clients in their dream
jobs, knows how to write and design winning
resumes.
Clients can be company sponsored or they can purchase
this monthly program individually. Multiple discounts
are available. We encourage you to begin your
program with us while you are still working if
appropriate. Career Continuation Workshop:
One-to two-day workshop (6-12 hours)
This program is for company-sponsored employees
who are transitioning out of the organization
or who are going through reorganization. This
training is designed as a 6 to 12-hour workshop
plus one hour individual follow-up with each participant.
The program covers job search preparation skills,
career planning and includes developing a camera-ready
resume.
The program should be presented immediately
after notification of termination. However, this
workshop could be presented while the employees
are still working at the organization in three-hour
time blocks during normal work hours. Timing of
workshops and scheduling depends on various factors
and can be flexible.
