In this program participants explore their strengths and weaknesses in communicating with and influencing others. Different approaches such as how we are driven to accomplish results, how we create buy-in for our ideas, and how our natural beliefs systems drive our style of interacting with others provide participants with a system for recognizing different styles and adapting their communication.
